Holiday Reservations

We have had some disappointed folks in the past who wanted to reserve The Lodges for holiday celebrations but waited too long to make a commitment. Holiday bookings for Sun Dancer Lodge and Spirit Dancer Lodge typically occur far in advance of Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.

Wind Storm

The recent wind storm caused a lot of damage at The Lodges. Several significant trees were taken down, sections of fence broken, deck furniture damaged, and the playhouse completely destroyed AGAIN. It will take many weekends to cut all the wood and cleanup the debris. The playhouse is clearly not salvageable and as periodic extremely high winds seems to be a recurring event in the area it will not be replaced this time. Sad but practical.

Satellite Internet and Wireless WiFi

Satellite internet has been made operational at both Spirit Dancer and Sun Dancer. Many of our guests have been delighted to vacation without the interference of the internet with their family encounters.
